Nugget time - I have been using Layers from layersapp.com to create resources. The cool thing about this one is that it separates all elements of your screengrab into individual elements automatically. So no more faffing about in image editors - and I was never any good at that anyway, I'm a musician! The example shown is a dropdown menu from the menu bar - usually pretty tricky to grab and fiddly to edit - 2 clicks with this puppy!
